Thank you for shopping with Learning Without Fear. This policy explains how we ship orders and how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Shipping
- Processing time. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
- Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery time. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital Products
Digital products (such as eBooks or downloadable resources) are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Download links are provided on the order confirmation page and by email.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return new, unused printed books in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email info@lwfwholechildeducation.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.
- Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Because digital products can be accessed immediately, digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.
- Items purchased through third-party retailers (for example, Amazon) must be returned according to that retailer’s policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy.
