These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on lwfwholechildeducation.com (the “Site”) from Learning Without Fear (“LWF,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Your order is an offer to purchase, and it is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will issue a full refund.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
3. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute digital products without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All books, workbooks, materials, and content on the Site, including the Learning Without Fear (LWF) Whole-Child Education Model, are owned by Learning Without Fear and its authors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
6. Training, Consultation, and Services
Training, certification, consultation, workshops, and speaking engagements are arranged by separate agreement. The specific terms, fees, schedules, and cancellation policies for those services will be provided in writing before services begin.
7. Limitation of Liability
Products and content are provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
8. Privacy
Information you provide when you place an order is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
